TM’s services are fully restored at 6AM on Monday. Unifi users facing service interruptions
At the season of posting, Maxis still can’t seem to reestablish full speed on its fiber arrange. We don’t know what’s causing it slow down but it still appear impacts for the both Maxis and Unifi.
Aside from Maxis, it appears that TM Unifi user are also currently facing very slow connectivity. In light of client protests by means of Twitter, TM has confirmed that there are having service interruptions and the affected of user will experience slow browsing on all sites
As indicated by TM, service of restoration is still in progress. From our check, there are not all Unifi user are influenced as a few subscribers are able to get high speeds on their fiber internet connection. In another tweet by @helpmeunifi, they mentioned that the slow internet connection problem currently affects users or subscriber in Central, Northern and East Malaysia.
